These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of services by Ambitions Web Ltd, trading as Ambitions AI and CXSolved.AI. By using our website or engaging us to provide services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Our Services

We provide digital marketing, AI consultancy, and related services to business clients. The specific scope of services for each client is agreed in writing before work begins, either through a project agreement or a retainer arrangement.

4. Agreements and Contracts

All work undertaken by Ambitions Web Ltd is carried out under a written agreement. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions overrides the specific terms set out in a signed contract or agreement with a client. Where any conflict exists between these terms and a specific client agreement, the client agreement takes precedence.

5. Payment Terms

Retainer clients

Retainer fees are charged monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Work will not commence or continue where payment is outstanding.

Project clients

Project fees are charged in stages as set out in the relevant project contract. Each stage payment is due before the corresponding stage of work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payment

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We also reserve the right to pause or suspend work where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date.

6. Cancellation

Retainer agreements

Notice periods for cancellation of retainer agreements are set out in the individual client contract. Where no notice period is specified, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required.

Project agreements

Where a client cancels a project part-way through, all stage payments made to date are non-refundable. Any work completed but not yet invoiced up to the point of cancellation will be charged and invoiced upon cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

All work, content, and materials created by Ambitions Web Ltd remain the intellectual property of Ambitions Web Ltd until payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the relevant work transfers to the client. We retain the right to reference work completed for clients in our own marketing and promotional materials, unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials or access required for us to deliver services. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide what is needed may affect timelines and deliverables. We are not liable for delays or shortfalls in delivery caused by insufficient client input.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the working relationship. This obligation continues after the contract ends.

10. Liability

Ambitions Web Ltd will carry out all services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes -- for example, search engine rankings, advertising performance, or revenue growth -- as these are influenced by factors outside our control.

Our total liability to any client, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total value of fees paid by that client under the relevant agreement.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims arising from our services.

11. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only. Whilst we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any reliance placed on information published on our website.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or remove any part of our website at any time without notice.
